Free admission to the Domsingschule’s most popular concert
The “Music for Advent and Christmas” is the most popular event in the calendar of the Domsingschule. It was all the more bitter that it had to be dispensed with for two years. On Sunday, 18 December, at 3 p.m., interested visitors are again invited to get in the mood for the approaching Christmas in the cathedral.
On this afternoon, the children will sing both traditional and modern Advent and Christmas carols and recite supplementary texts. Cathedral organist Michael Hoppe and a small orchestra will provide accompaniment for the songs. The musical director is headmistress Irma Wüller. Admission is free.
