Buy your tickets for a guided tour of the cathedral in advance of your visit!
Guided tours in English are currently offered daily at 2 pm and on request. In addition, guided tours in German take place every hour between 11am and 5pm, on Sundays between 1pm and 4pm. This offer is aimed at individuals, families or small groups. The maximum group size is 25 people.
Your benefits at a glance:
- access to the choir hall and the royal throne in the upper level
- information about the cathedral and its history from a guide (approx. 45 minutes )
- photos permission during the tour (without flash)
Please note: Online purchase is currently only possible up to 12 hours BEFORE your visit. Remaining tickets may be available at the box office in the Dominformation centre. Tickets for public tours of the cathedral are available at the Dominformation.
Ticket sales start at 10 am. Reservations in advance are not possible.
Private groups tours in your preferred language (pre-booking)
If you are interested in a group tour in your preferred language (English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian), please send an enquiry by e-mail up to four weeks before the desired date. The maximum group size is 20 people. Please complete the booking request form in full and send it by email to: tour@aachenerdom.de
